My name is Cozy Whittington and I specialize in providing quick, efficient, and competent financial advice on Medicare options for Medicare beneficiaries residing in the State of Illinois and Indiana. This fee-only option is usually reserved for large life insurance and other none medicare related insurance or financial matters (like annuities, mutual funds, or qualified plans like a 401K, Roth IRA, or Cash Balance Plans, etc. The choice is yours. Either way, I and my personally trained team of insurance professionals are available and ready to assist you with your Medicare needs. We are dedicated to serving our Medicare beneficiaries in all counties for the State of Illinois and Indiana.
My goal is for you to live a healthier, more prosperous and abundant life. To acheive this goal, we developed a unique and exclusive service called the MisterMedicare Checkup™, that we currently provide free of charge to all Medicare beneficiaries that reside in the state of Illinois and Indiana to insure the following:
I believe that many people forget that Medicare is an entitlement. I also believe from my discussions with Medicare beneficiaries that many don't really understand what an entitlement is and why they are entitled to Medicare benefits. First and foremost, as an American, you automatically enter into a contract with the U. S. government to pay into the Social Security and Medicare system. From your first day of work until your last, your employer has acted as a tax collector and has deducted what is called FICA tax from your paycheck or you are required to pay this tax directly if self-employed. When you pay taxes you can earn up to 4 credits per year. You need 40 credits to be eligible for benefits. If you have earned 40 credits and you reached the age of 65 years old, you are "entitled" to receive Medicare benefits. This is why Medicare is an entitlement. It is because you have earned it. You not only have earned it for yourself, but as an American worker you have earned it for your family and others who may depend on you for financial support. Medicare is not free. It is not base on need. Medicare is earned beciause you paid for it during your working years. In addition to Medicare, after 40 credits and based on a modified age requirement you also are "entitled" to Social Security. Medicare functions along with Social Security as two of the largest and most successful insurance programs in the world. In fact, these two programs are the only U.S. government programs that I know of that have a surplus of cash.

- Medicare beneficiaries are getting all the benefits they are entitled to receive under current laws and regulations.
- And that Medicare beneficiaries are paying the least amount possible for the level of "quality health care" needed based on each beneficiaries personal health care requirements. To be clear, we define "quality health care" as the right amount of care delivered to the right patient, at the right time, every time based on the personal requirements of the patient.
